The location is best possible, and the area is very very nice close to restaurants and bars. The restaurant in the hotel is good with buffet breakfest and quite good choices for dinner.

Thoroughly enjoyed Porto Alegre, the hotel was nice looking and beautifully decorated in a very nice neighborhood. The location offered was nice adjacent to many fabulous restaurants, shops, and nightlife and the city centre and Brazil. Also, it was 1 mile from Farroupilha Park. The staff was extremely helpful on arrival and throughout the stay.

The breakfast is jaw-droppingly good, fueling you up for the day ahead. After a challenging business meeting, the pool is a great place to relax and unwind. The pillows and mattress are top-notch, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The shower's water pressure is fantastic and the surroundings are pleasantly quiet. The hotel staff are incredibly nice and helpful, even lending me a powerplug socket adapter. The bar near the reception is a cozy and quiet spot if you need to get some work done.

I got complimentary deluxe queen room with all comforts as an upgrade, nice gesture. The staff were all ATTENTIVE and extremely friendly. The location was magnificent, within a close distance from Rua Goncalo de Carvalho.
Pity, but the beds were very uncomfortable.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a very nice neighborhood with good restaurants in walking distance. The location felt safe and the surrounding area was beautiful, with a huge park just a 5-minute walk away. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Caroline on the reception, who made me feel welcome and at home.
